Abstract
In order to solve the problem of reasonable coupon issuance under the intelligent marketing scenario, this paper proposes a coupon recommendation method based on machine learning and natural heuristic algorithm. First, the machine learning algorithm is used to predict the probability of consumers using coupons. Then, according to the marketing cost constraints and the prediction results in the first stage, the optimization objective function is established, and the natural heuristic algorithm is used to simulate annealing (SA) to solve the optimal value, so as to achieve the purpose of issuing coupons to the most suitable consumers. The recommendation system designed according to this method can build data- driven customer attributes, effectively improve the order conversion rate, promote revenue growth, and enhance brand influence.
