Abstract
The production line system of a manufacturing enterprise is a complex discrete-event system with dynamic and complex characteristics. In the traditional text-based production line resource description, the document information is huge, scattered and easily lost. The space for optimization and improvement is small, and it cannot meet the production scheduling and rapid reconfiguration of production lines in complex scenarios. To address the above problems, this paper introduces Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) into the production line resource system. And a step-by-step modeling method with SysML as the modeling language is proposed to achieve a more accurate and clear model construction of production line resources. Thus, it provides operational objects and certain optimization evaluation capability for production line resource scheduling and reconfiguration.
