Abstract
The establishment and improvement of SAGD dynamic monitoring system is the basis to ensure the SAGD development performance. Block Du 84, District Shu1, Liaohe Oilfield, has been conducting SAGD pilot for mid-deep super heavy oil since 2005, and 73 well groups have been converted. With the continuous expansion of converted scale, and the continuous occurrence of production contradictions, such as the uneven development of steam chamber, the different capacity of oil drainage, steam flash at wellhead in the production process lead to more and more difficult management of heavy oil Wells. Therefore, comprehensive application of intelligent monitoring data, timely detection of downhole and surface problems, and reasonable production adjustment methods based on dynamic monitoring are proposed. In recent years, the monitoring system has been gradually established and improved in SAGD development area of Block Du84 in District Shu1 of Liaohe Oilfield, forming the whole reservoir three-dimensional intelligent comprehensive monitoring technology. It has changed the situation of lacking monitoring means, unsystematic data acquisition and difficult unified application of interpretation results in the past, and has provided accurate, long-term, systematic and effective three-dimensional monitoring data. And the comprehensive application of monitoring data to guide the field production practice, timely solve production problems, and achieve good application results.
