Abstract
Aiming at the problem that current power grid project investment model is difficult to consider both transmission and distribution price and construction time sequence, an investment optimization decision-making method of power grid project at different stages under the background of transmission and distribution price reform is proposed. Firstly, the influence of transmission and distribution price reform on the income and cost of power grid investment is analyzed, and a power grid project investment optimization decision-making model under the background of transmission and distribution price reform is proposed. With the goal of maximizing the investment return of the whole life cycle project and the constraints of power balance, sequence relationship and investment ability of each stage, the optimal investment decision scheme of the power grid project was solved, and the validity of the investment model was verified by the example of IEEE30 nodes.
