Abstract
Investigation of the response law of the pipe under the strong ramming impact, numerical simulation with finite element software was used to analyze the dynamic response characteristics of the pipe without interface and the pipe with bolted connection flange, focusing on the dynamic response characteristics of the pipe with bolted flange connection. The results show that the vibration velocity of the pipe under strong ramming impact is symmetrically distributed in the pipe's center, and the pipe's center is the most dangerous area. With or without an interface ramming point from the center of the horizontal pipe distance of 4 m, no interface pipe and flange interface pipe stress maximum value appears in the lower left part of the side of the near ramming point, flange pipe pre-stress value when no interface pipe 5.93 times, so the study of flange interface to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline is of great significance.
