Abstract
Urban rail transit passengers have significant heterogeneity, and their travel behaviors are complex and diverse. In the study, passengers cannot be simply analyzed as a group. Passenger classification is an important method to study the similar behavior and rules of passenger groups. At present, many scholars at home and abroad focus on the analysis and classification of passenger travel characteristics based on urban traffic big data. In this context, it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the travel behavior mechanism of individual passengers, and gradually complete the fine classification of passengers, so as to solve the problem that the existing models and algorithms are not sensitive to the heterogeneity of individual passengers. Therefore, based on the multi-dimensional travel characteristics of individual passengers, this paper comprehensively applies the two-step clustering and fuzzy C-means fusion algorithm to build a hierarchical passenger clustering model, so as to realize the fine classification of individual passengers. Finally, taking the multi-dimensional travel characteristic index set of Suzhou rail transit passengers as an example, the fine classification process of individual passengers is successfully realized, and the classification effect is good.
