Abstract
Based on the indoor experimental data and the typical geological, hydrological, climatic, and transportation conditions in Gansu Province, a water-cement ratio of 0.40-0.45 is recommended. Since the over-wet condition of the geopolymer can affect properties such as setting time and strength, and the grouting effect is greatly affected by climate, a water-cement ratio of 0.45 is recommended for arid and hot areas, while other regions should be selected based on trial sections. The old cement concrete pavement with voids at the bottom of the plate met the design requirements after grouting, and the number of measurement points with deflection greater than 30 (0.01mm) decreased significantly. The grouting reinforcement effect was obvious and the overall performance met the technical standards of comprehensive treatment for micro-crack regeneration, so it is possible to apply a surface layer.
