The reservoir space of fracture-cavity carbonate reservoir are dominated by fractures and cavities, with strong heterogeneity. It is of great significance to clarify the degree of oil production of different fracture-cavity structures in the development stage for improving oil recovery of fracture-cavity reservoirs. This paper establishes a multi-component fracture-cavity carbonate reservoirs model, and reveals the fracture-cavity combination form and the degree of oil recovery and its influencing factors. The research results show that: (1) the oil saturation of the production well in the cavity 1 gradually decreases with the production, and the degree of reduction is significantly greater than that of cavity 2; (2) The reservoir pressure gradually decreases with production, and the effective stress increasing area gradually extends towards the direction of fracture connection; (3) The cumulative oil production of the bottom fracture karst cavity model is the highest, while the gas oil ratio curve of the middle fracture karst cavity model changes the most sharply, with a peak of 830m3 /m3 .
