Abstract
To achieve a digital twin of power systems and solve the problem that the single granularity model in the conventional digital twin modeling cannot meet the requirements of a complex system modeling, a multi-granularity digital twin modeling method is proposed. The idea of multi-granularity modeling is incorporated into the digital twin modeling theory and implemented with power system simulation. Firstly, the modular hierarchical analysis of a complex system is carried out, and the entity is modeled with different granularity based on the idea of aggregation and disaggregation. Then, a formal description method is used to manage and describe the relationship between each model. Finally, taking the transformer system in the power system as an example, granularity models are constructed to verify the feasibility of the method.
