Abstract
Permanent magnet brushless DC motors have the advantages of small size, easy control, and large speed range, and are widely used in mechanical equipment and electronic equipment. However, due to the influence of speed pulsation, the permanent magnet brushless DC motor is limited in the drive system. Therefore, this paper adopts the three closed-loop control strategies of speed loop, current loop and position loop to model the permanent magnet brushless DC motor and control the speed. , can effectively suppress the torque ripple, and improve the performance of the permanent magnet brushless DC motor to a certain extent. It can be seen from the simulation results that under the position step signal, the permanent magnet brushless DC motor designed in this paper can achieve a good tracking effect.
