Abstract
According to refraction law and total reflection law, the transmission characteristic of laser beam in solid and hollow cone is studied, on this case, the laser fiber refraction coupler which reflect laser with internal cone of hollow cone lens is made, and coupling and transmission of high-repetition-rate spike pulse laser which peak power is MW in fiber are realized, the coupling efficiency get to 80%.
