Abstract
The measurement and control system for wind velocity in wind tunnel is a complex, greater parameter variation, nonlinear uncertainty distributed parameter and time-delay system. In a certain degree using fuzzy control can make the stable rotate speed or stable wind velocity control system reach stabilization. However due to environment factors, there are disturbing signals and time-delay signals when stable velocity pressure control. Those problem influenced control accuracy. Application of the control system of this class of time-delay systems with nonlinear uncertainty, based on the concept of virtual instrument, is established by a fuzzy controller with expert system rules that self-tuning parameter. The expert fuzzy controller adjust system control index in real time. The experiment proved this controller reduces the system control's overshoot, deduces the settling time and enhances the anti-interference ability of random error in system in comparison with fuzzy controller. Moreover this controller can be used in MISO system.
