Abstract
The exterior profile of a baffle is very important in an optical system. A design method of the baffle is presented, featuring the convenience, simplicity and quantification. Based on this design method, the equation of the sectional curve of baffle is given for conveniently fabricating the baffle; and the design dimensions of the baffle is minimized without any obstruction of light, which can considerably improve the control effect of the stray light directly entering into the imaging beam path.
