Abstract
Infrared lamp array is applied as absorbed heat flux of south and north surface OSR in the thermal balance test of communication satellite Sinosat-2. In thermal balance test, the accuracy of heat flux simulation is one of the key technologies. This paper will introduce the heat flux simulation technology. The uniformity degree is 7.8% for the 90% area of north lamp array above. Meanwhile, the uniformity degree is 7.9% for the 90% area of south lamp array below, which satisfy the requirement of test. Monitored Background Radiometer is used to actually measure the amount of energy absorbed by the N/S OSR surface. The method designed in this work satisfies the requirement of test, which simulates the external heat flux by infrared lamp array.
