Abstract
In this paper, two TM images of Suzhou were used to extract the change area by using the multi-band KL transform. The keys of this research are the preprocessing of the images, band combination and the combination of the transformed components. Experimental results show that the method joined the information of two images, made the changed information obvious, improved the detection accuracy and was less affected by the noise.
