Abstract
The fluctuation-noise method for proton-exchange membrane fuel cell diagnostic is suggested. It has been experimentally confirmed that fuel cell technical state has influence on the characteristics of electrical fluctuations and the diagnostic features of fuel cell fluctuation characteristics could be assumed as the basis for fuel cell technical state diagnostics systems development. It has been shown that an incorrect fuel cell water balance can be detected by means of electrical fluctuation parameter measurement.
