This paper optimizes the production process of T12 based on the theory of system simulation, mainly from the balance of production rhythm to simulate the assembly line of the debugging section. The model is established according to the actual situation and the model is analyzed to find out the bottleneck of the model. The causes of the bottleneck are analyzed and the production process is optimized to get better simulation results.
This paper finds out the problems existing in a distribution center by analyzing the operation process of the distribution center, the division of the functional areas of the distribution center, the sorting management of the distribution center and the sorting ability of the distribution center. Aiming at the actual problems of the distribution center, the optimization of the order batch and path of the distribution center is studied. Through the establishment of mathematical modeling and the use of genetic algorithm, Using MATLAB programming, the strategy of order batch first and then path optimization is proposed, which can enhance the sorting efficiency.
