With the continuous launch of spaceborne SAR, InSAR three-dimensional measurement has been further developed on the basis of one-dimensional and two-dimensional methods based on interferometry. Based on the SM-VCE method, this paper performs high-precision three-dimensional surface deformation reconstruction in Maduo County, China. Through different data sources involved in the reconstruction of three-dimensional deformation, the difference between SM-VCE and traditional algorithm (WLS) is analyzed. Finally, the difference between them is quantitatively analyzed by GNSS stations.
