Starting with the theoretical derivation of equipment signals processing, a new algorithm as well as a process of integration of zero and phase calibration in tower-less conditions are proposed in this paper, in order to meet the demand for TT and C in emergency launch, make up for the deficiency of traditional calibration system which is time-consuming and relied on calibration tower, and realize the goal of fast calibration and accomplish the task. And also, this paper verifies the feasibility and reliability of the proposed calibration method through relative experiment in existing conditions and draw the conclusion from comparative analysis of key calibration technical indicators.
