Rui Min , received the B.Sc. degree from the Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2010, the M.Sc. degree from Harbin Engineering University, Harbin, China, in 2015, and the Ph.D. degree from the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, Valencia, Spain, in 2019.Now, he is an Associate Professor with the Center for Cognition and Neuroergonomics, Beijing Normal University, Beijing, China. He has authored or coauthored more than 120 articles and conference contributions in the optical fiber sensing area with more than 2000 citations. His current research interests include optical fiber wearable devices, optical fiber brain interface, and optical fiber marine monitoring. Dr. Min is a TPC Member of OCG2022, 2023 Conference. He is also an Editor Broad Member of Measurement (Elsevier) and an Associate Editor of IEEE Sensors Journal and Frontiers in Physics. He acts as a referee for several high-level international journals, receiving awards by review quality.
