I have been working as a PhD Scholar Since 2010 in the Photonics laboratory, Physics department, National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal, Telangana, India. My area of research is " Design and development of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) high sensitive pressure senors for down-hole oil & gas applications". I am also expertise in design and development of novel fiber optic and fiber Bragg grating sensors for monitoring strain, temperature, vibration, liquid level, refractive index, health condition of civil and aerospace engineering structures.
Current research interests are
• Fiber optic sensors and Applications
• Fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensors and Applications
• Health monitoring of Civil and Aeronautical engineering structures using fiber optic techniques
• Design and development of fiber optic sensors and devices for R & D applications
• Photonic crystal fiber sensors and Applications
• FBG Interrogation systems
. Photonics for Energy applications
• Fiber LASERs and Applications
