As the web project becomes more and more complex and the application of 3D model becomes more and more widespread, the front-end rendering of large scene becomes more and more common. However, there are problems such as too large resources, serious performance loss, and unreal restoration. This research focuses on optimizing the performance of large scenes in WebGL, summarizing the relevant optimization ideas and directions, and mainly puts forward four optimization directions: loading optimization, rendering optimization, memory optimization and interactive operation optimization.
