Abstract
This paper studies the pricing strategy of closed-loop supply chain when consumers have reference effect and the thirdparty recycler has fairness concern preference. Firstly, this paper constructs three decision models:the decision model considering only fairness concerns, the decision model considering only the reference effect and the decision model considering both. Then, the optimal decision of each model is given under decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making respectively. The results show that the fairness preference of the third party is beneficial to the third party itself, but not to the consumers and manufacturers and the reference effect of consumers is beneficial to itself and manufacturers, but not to the third party. Finally, numerical examples are used to verify the main theoretical results.
