Abstract
The main development target of the oil industry has shifted to high-temperature and high-pressure Wells. The buckling condition of the tubing string in the well has an important influence on the service safety of the tubing string. The existing calculation models do not consider the influence of casing string reducing diameter on the buckling state of casing string. Based on the temperature effect, gravity effect, casing contact and friction, casing string diameter reduction, the finite element model of casing string buckling in HTHP well X1 is established in this paper. The simulation results show that the string enters sinusoidal buckling state when the axial compression force is higher than 91kN, and spiral buckling state when the axial compression force is higher than 189kN. During the buckling process, the string safety factor is always higher than 1.25, and the string safety is supplemented. The research methods and results of this paper have a guiding role in the safe service of tubing string in HTHP Wells.
