Abstract
In order to ensure the safety and stability of the navigation environment under the composite navigation mode, it is of great significance to identify and evaluate the various risk factors existing in the navigation environment. To this end, the navigation risk evaluation index and assessment model under the composite navigation mode are established from the five influencing factors of meteorology, hydrology, intermediate channels, navigation facilities and ships, and the weights of each index are determined by hierarchical analysis and analysed in combination with actual cases. This study has certain reference significance for the risk assessment of the navigation mode of "lock + intermediate channel + shiplift" and the corresponding risk control measures
