The traditional key collaboration operation and maintenance method in communication networks mainly focuses on improving the quantum communication key rate, but overly relies on the operation and maintenance mode, which affects the service quality of the communication network. To this end, a key method for collaborative operation and maintenance of multi-layer quantum communication networks between power grids has been designed. This method establishes key operation and maintenance alarm indicators and classifies and integrates alarm data, correctly identifies network alarm sources, and proposes targeted operation and maintenance suppression measures. At the same time, this method establishes a key collaboration operation and maintenance protocol for multi-layer structured quantum communication networks between power grids, forming a quantum metropolitan area network system during the operation and maintenance phase, avoiding the impact of insufficient keys on communication network security during large-scale communication processes. Through comparative experiments, it has been proven that this method has good communication service quality and can be applied in practical life.

Through the analysis of power big data and according to the regional power grid facilities development level, load margin, power supply quality and other aspects of research, evaluate the level of power supply capacity level of each region, for the quantitative power supply capacity level of power supply companies. And through the power data comprehensive analysis of each industry of each region, to determine the most suitable industry recommendation.
