According to the demand of the cigarette market, the group's technical center has developed and produced a new product, which has a cigarette specification of 8.6mm x 84mm and is packaged in a hard box. Based on the equipment configuration of our factory, it has been decided to use the GDX2 packaging machine with a production diameter of 7.8 cigarettes to achieve packaging of 8.6 cigarettes, with an increase in the length of single inner lining paper. Through theoretical analysis and calculation of the paper feeding capacity of the inner lining paper acceleration device, it was found that the acceleration device on the original equipment cannot meet the inner lining paper conveying requirements of the new specification cigarette packaging. After the transformation of the transmission system of the inner lining paper acceleration device, the gear transmission ratio of the acceleration roller was changed to ultimately improve the rotation speed of the acceleration roller. At the same time, in order to increase the stability of the inner lining paper transportation, the negative pressure suction belt and acceleration wheel of the inner lining paper were modified to ensure stable transportation of the inner lining paper when producing the diameter 8.6 cigarette specification on the GDX2 packaging equipment. After the transformation, the production of cigarette products with a diameter of 7.8 was achieved on the GDX2 packaging machine with a diameter of 8.6. The production speed of the original equipment was increased to 300 packs/minute, and the equipment efficiency reached 92.4%; The quality defect rate of the inner lining paper has been reduced by 2.72 ‰, and the transformation has achieved the expected effect.
In the long-term use of eddy current sensors, there may be significant errors or even errors in the indicated values due to aging or the influence of objective environment. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly perform dynamic or static calibration of eddy current sensors based on their performance, timely discover and deal with the problems of eddy current sensors. In response to the demand of the metrology department to improve the static calibration efficiency of eddy current sensors, based on the application, characteristics, and working principle of eddy current sensors, the overall design of the automatic calibration device for static characteristics of eddy current sensors is completed using absolute calibration method. Stepping motors are selected as driving components, ball screws are used as transmission components, grating ranging is used as feedback, and 42CrMo is selected as the induction disk material to build the static calibration device for eddy current sensors. Finally, the calibration accuracy of the static calibration device for eddy current sensors was verified through experiments. The experimental results showed that the maximum control deviation of the static calibration device was within 5 microns, the measurement error was within 3 microns, and the voltage measurement accuracy reached 0.1%. The design of the static calibration device for eddy current sensors met the design requirements.
In order to realize automatic folding molding of label paper packaging of heating and non-burning cigarette double aluminum package, a label paper folding molding device of double aluminum package is designed by concept of nonstandard design. The device is mainly composed of label paper conveying mechanism, glue spraying mechanism, manipulator picking and packing mechanism, label paper folding mechanism, label paper drying and forming mechanism and other components. Through the conveying and glue spraying of the package label paper, the robot hand picks up and packs the double aluminum packages transmitted upstream, folds the paper and dries and molds the package label paper, so as to realize the folding and molding of the heating and non-burning double aluminum packages and label paper. Test of "MC" heating and non-burning cigarettes produced by Yuxi Cigarette Factory was carried out. The results showed that the developed heating and non-burning double aluminum package label paper folding molding device operated stably and reliably, and the qualified rate of appearance quality reached 96.8%, and the sensory quality evaluation was good. This technology can provide support for flexible production of cigarette special-shaped packaging.

In view of the prominent personalized demand of the domestic cigarette market and the increasing demand of cigarette marketing activities for five-drawer type cigarette smoking, this project is based on the small package forming production link of the traditional operation process of cigarette production workshop, aiming to keep the completely independent innovation intellectual property rights for the factory. Develop a set of experimental platform based on SIEMENS five drawer type product smoking packaging molding -- with five drawer type product smoking box packaging line operation function, can effectively replace manual packaging, improve the consistency of product quality and packaging efficiency.
In order to improve the accuracy of appearance quality detection of cigarette packs at the outlet of GDH1000 packaging machine, a high-pressure airflow separation device is installed on the cigarette pack conveying channel, which accelerates the cigarette packs by blowing the high-pressure airflow, so that the adjacent two cigarette packs before entering the high-altitude conveying channel have a certain speed difference. As a result, it realizes the separation of cigarette packs, makes the cigarette packs enter the appearance detection device orderly at intervals, and ensures that the appearance detection device can correctly capture the complete and clear image of each cigarette pack. The application results show that the false rejection rate of small package appearance detection is reduced from 0.711% to 0.0025%, which effectively reduces the false rejection rate of small package appearance detection. The stability of product quality is improved.
